this being our first big holiday as we usually use our touring caravan arti gondalia talk me through the whole booking procedure and it felt my wife and i had started our holiday now, then when we read the invoice which came with in 1 hr we noticed we had made a mistake rang next day to ask if we can change a flight time it was changed within 1/2 hr and a new invoice sent excellent service Our response

Would have been nice to have the email confirming the flights also have some details about visas, and next steps generally. Also more trip information. Or a direction to the website where I could find it. And a specific date by which I could change my mind. The phone con said a day or two. Service in general a bit minimal. Tho friendly . Our records show that we sent your confirmation with 24 hours of you booking and your deposit documents have been sent to you within 48 hours, which is in line with our normal practices. Therefore, it is regretful you feel the service you have received is minimal.

The service I received was ok but not exceptional. Initially when I made contact by email they promised me a call back that day. I did not receive this. I still had not received a call by 2.00 the next day and had to call them myself. Our response

there was lots of detail given by the travel person which was hard to follow as it really kneaded to sit down with the individual concerned so that you could digest all the information and fully understand the alternatives on the flights offered.i hope that being not as mobile as i used to be because of illness that i can enjoy the holiday and what i have been told with regards the schedule and pace of the trip are suitable to means that i have not took on something that is not at a comfortable pace and out of my capabilities. |
