Booking Checklist
At the time of booking we will need to collect the following information from you:
Names
Most airlines now require your full first name, middle name (if you have one) and surname. These must be provided exactly as they appear on your passport, otherwise boarding may be denied.
Advance Passenger Information (API/APIs)
Some governments require you to provide personal information from your passport, before travel. We will advise you if this is required.
Booking Conditions
When you book, you will be asked if you have read and understood the Booking Conditions. Although many people decide not to read the small print, you will find that a great deal of useful information is included within it. We really appreciate you taking the time to do this.
Fitness & Ability
You must be sufficiently fit and healthy to be able to take part in all included elements of the tour which will be detailed in the tour dossier.
Visas
To take the strain out of organising your visa, we will look after it for you. We have included the cost of your visa in the price of your tour (SA passports only). All you need to do is send us your passport, completed visa application form and passport size photos
eight weeks before departure by Courier (cost not included in the tour price) and we aim to have them sent back to you within three weeks prior to tour departure.
If you require your passport back earlier, please let us know so that we can arrange for an express visa service at an additional charge. Passports or visa application forms received six weeks or less before departure will automatically incur an express visa fee. Wendy Wu Tours does not accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items. Personal collection or courier services are available on request. Please note that visa and Tibet Permit regulations can change at any time.
Travel Insurance
Is mandatory for all customers, travelling on a Wendy Wu holiday, to have their own travel insurance. Kindly ask our reservations team for more information.
Pre-existing Medical Conditions
Any pre-existing must be declared to your insurers.
